"Oh my goodness Recipes!"

Here are three easy recipes.  The food is so delicious; you will make it over and over again.  We suggest you use all organic ingredients to bring out the pure essence of all the flavors.

Vegetarian


Carrot Salad Sandwich topped with curried tofu, Romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and red onions on honey whole grain wheat bread  (A variation of a recipe by Mary Muhammad)

Organic Carrot Salad

Rinse and clean six carrots.

Juice the carrots (you can drink most of the juice)

Use the pulp from the juiced carrots for your salad

Add a small amount of the juice to pulp

Fine chop and add yellow onions (amount to satisfy your taste)

Stir in Organic Nayonnaise (add enough for taste and texture)

Stir in Organic Sweet Relish (add to taste and moisture)

Add sea salt or liquid Amino (small amount to satisfy taste)

Add Pure Raw honey (to give a sweet taste) or you can ad raisons

Mix well, store in a container and refrigerate

 

Curry Tofu

Purchase organic firm tofu

Open and Drain off the water leave sitting in it package

Chop up ˝ sweet red bell pepper

˝ white onion

Dice the tofu

Use a stick-less skillet

Put in peppers and onions

Add the diced tofu and sauté’ until slightly brown   

Add Basil, paprika, curry powder and liquid amino to taste

Mix in by tossing with a wooden spoon

Add a very small amount of water

Turn the skillet off and cover  

 

Making the Carrot salad curried tofu sandwich (yummy)

Spread Nayonnaise on both sides of your whole grain honey wheat bread

Put a layer of green Romaine lettuce

Add two slices of ripe red tomatoes

Spoon on the carrot salad

Add a nice amount of the curry tofu

Add some Alfalfa sprouts

Put the top slice of bread on

Slice in half and eat. "Oh my goodness!"

Living food (Raw-no cooking)


Marinated Greens (Organic Collards or Kale) so easy so good

Wash greens in cold water well

Pat dry on white paper towel

Pull leaves away from the veins

Roll portions up like a cigar and slice (the slices will unravel into thin long pieces)

Place in a glass bowl

Coat the greens with Organic olive oil

Add sea salt to taste

Add the juice of ˝ lemon

Add cayenne pepper to taste

Add slices of red onion

Mix gently together

Cover the bowl with a glass top

Refrigerate for four hours or until tender

Put your portion on a plate and let stand at room temperature before eating

Each day these greens taste better. They should last for three days in the refrigerator.

Vegan (Raw-no cooking)


Organic please

Portabella Mushroom Steaks taste so good

Remove the mushroom stem

Scrape out the mushroom fur with a spoon

Use a little lemon juice to clean the mushroom and wipe with a white paper towel

(Don’t wash in water mushrooms hold fluids and will become saturated)

Cut the mushrooms length wise like thick steaks

Mix organic olive oil and Sho Yu sauce in a separate container

Add small amounts of dried basil, parsley, garlic powder, and Cayenne pepper  

Stir until well blended.  (The wonderful smell will make your mouth water)  

Place the sliced mushrooms one layer at a time in a long plastic container

After each layer, spread a small amount of the mixture

When the container is full of the mushrooms, seal the container

Turn the container up and down to help the mixture flow throughout the mushrooms.

Open and eat with your greens.
